During the summer, we double up the freeze packs and add just enough dry ice to keep the cheeses fresh. We also schedule your shipment to avoid sitting in a shipper&#8217;s warehouse over the weekend; so if you order on Friday with a 2-Day Air shipping option, we will hold your order until Monday so it does not spend Saturday and Sunday in an unrefrigerated warehouse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What carriers do you ship through?<\/strong><br \/>\nWe primarily ship through USPS.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do you offer wholesale pricing to restaurants and business?<\/strong><br \/>\nYes.
